mb8 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and mb8 ("mb8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mb8 online gaming platform at mb8.uk.

3 Account Responsibilities

Account Security

All transactions on mb8 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). mb8 supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine local payment channels including bank transfers and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Deposits

Deposits are credited to your mb8 wallet once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. mb8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.

• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts belonging to you personally.
• mb8 does not accept credit card payments or cryptocurrency for wagering deposits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. • mb8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected irregular activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules

Finality of Results

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to interact with any part of the mb8 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your mb8 account at any time by contacting mb8 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.
